We believe in making collaboration simple, thoughtful, and intentional.

1. Connect & Converse

Every collaboration begins with a conversation.

We take time to learn about your organization, understand your mission, explore our shared values, ideas, expectations, timelines, and discover how we might best serve one another.

If it feels like a good fit, we'll invite you to continue the collaboration process. Complete the Collaboration Partner form and select the pathway(s) that best fit your organization or interests.

2. Complete the Collaboration Partner Application

After our initial conversation, you'll receive a link to complete the FIND YOUR RIMIDI™ Collaboration Partner Application.

This allows us to gather important information about your organization, confirm your selected Collaboration Pathway(s), and document your preferred contribution, participation, and communication details. Our team carefully reviews every submission to ensure alignment with our mission, values, and the needs of each experience.

3. Finalize Our Collaboration

Once we've reviewed your application, we'll finalize the details of our collaboration together.

This step may include:

  • Confirming your selected Collaboration Pathway(s)
  • Finalizing financial or in-kind contributions (if applicable)
  • Reviewing event logistics and expectations
  • Signing a FIND YOUR RIMIDI™ Collaboration Agreement
  • Confirming key contacts and timelines

The FIND YOUR RIMIDI™ Collaboration Agreement simply ensures that everyone shares a clear understanding of their roles, responsibilities, and commitments so we can create a successful experience together.

4. Welcome & Prepare

Once details are finalized and your collaboration confirmed, we'll provide the resources you need to participate successfully, which may include promotional assets, timelines, logistics, event information, and points of contact, and welcome you into the FIND YOUR RIMIDI community.

5. Create Together

Then the fun begins.

Together, we'll create an experience that serves our communities with authenticity, excellence, and care.

Not always. We thoughtfully review each submission to ensure our missions, values, and goals are aligned. This helps preserve the integrity of the experience and ensures every collaboration is mutually beneficial.
