  • What can I expect from FIND YOUR RIMIDI?

It is a safe space to explore the art of experimental artist, creative, mystic and teacher. What happens in FIND YOUR RIMIDI stays in FIND YOUR RIMIDI so to be in the know, you've got to experience it for yourself.



  • Where is the experience located?

The experience takes place in secret and undisclosed locations throughout the Miami and surrounding cities. The location is revealed to ticket purchasers the day before the event.



  • Does the exhibition take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

It depends on the venue which is sent to you via email a day before the event.



  • How long does the experience last?

Expect to be with us for at least four hours.



  • Is it COVID secure and safe?

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where people are present. We have taken enhanced health and safety measures for you, our team and attendees. Thus, we have created an environment that is COVID safe; however, when entering our event, you enter at your own risk. You can read the safety measures here.

 

  • Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

Yes.



  • Will there be merchandise for sale?

Yes.



  • Is this a kid-friendly environment?

While we understand that many of our guests may be parents and/or nurturing mothers, FIND YOUR RIMIDI is recommended for guests 21+.



  • Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is recommended that you arrive at the event's start time to enjoy the full experience.



  • What happens if I arrive late?

Your ticket will still be valid, but you may miss a great deal of the event.



  • What are the prohibited items at the experience? 

Weapons, flash photography, bad vibes, alcohol, illegal drugs and anything which may disturb the other attendees.



  • Can I smoke or vape inside of the venue?

No.



  • Is alcohol permitted at the experience?

No



  • Will restrooms be available on site?

Yes



  • What do I do if I have any questions about accessibility / special accommodations?

The FIND YOUR RIMIDI exhibition is accessible to wheelchairs. Please contact us and we will advise on how we can best assist you.



  • Is there parking nearby?

We strive to pick locations with parking nearby and locations that offer parking free of charge or at a nominal fee.



  • Where can I get tickets?

Tickets are available for purchase via Eventbrite.

    

    • What are the official sellers for this experience?

    Official tickets for FIND YOUR RIMIDI in Miami can only be purchased on Eventbrite. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

    

    • What are the different ticket options and prices?

    General Admission:

    • Virtual - General Admission: $11.11 US
    • General Admission: $33.33 US

    

    Group General Admission: Includes includes general admission and seating for up to four (4) people.

      • Group General Admission: $99.00 US

       

      • Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

        We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

        

        • Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

        Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" in Eventbrite. Please contact Eventbrite for help regarding this. If you need additional help, please contact us. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

         

        • What is your refund policy?

        Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may be exchanged for another date, time or ticket type within the same year that has not already sold out and as long as there are upcoming show dates in that year. Please contact us for assistance in this matter. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

        

        • Do I need to print my ticket?

        No, you may show us your ticket via Eventbrite to save the trees. If you want to print your ticket(s), you may.

        

        • How do I become a vendor?

        To become a vendor, you must complete the vendor application and someone from our team will reach out with next steps.

         

        • Do you offer group discounts?

        Yes, we are offer Group General Admission for up to four (4) people. For groups of 5+, Contact us.

        

        • Should I wear a mask?

        For the safety and comfort of everyone, masks are recommended but not required.

        

        • Can I take photos or record the experience?

        Absolutely!! Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
