Happy Full Moon in Capricorn, everyone!
Why do I love the moon? I don't know. I've always been mesmerized by it. Now, I recognize it as a vital part of energy and astrology—which, by the way, is not a religion. It is a way of life. Whether you believe in astrology or not, it just is and will always be.
It's scary the way astrology can predict—more like express—the current energies and what can possibly take place based on the energies that surround us. For example, or rather like right now, Uranus has moved into Gemini which, in the past, this same energy is when we have had Civil Wars, World War I and II.
I don’t say these things to scare you. In fact, I had no idea that I would even write this. I just somehow became inspired with a glance at the picture I have shared with you of the moon taken on the actual day of the Full Moon in Capricorn this past July 10th, 2025.
I just want you to pay attention so that the right moves can be—and are—made. Like right now, as we move through the emotional yet nurturing sign of Cancer, turning us inward and with a focus on the home and family. We are also moving through Mercury retrograde season—a time of reflection, review, rethink, re- re- re... simultaneously while the Full Moon is in Capricorn asking and propelling us into being much more responsible, disciplined, and highly efficient. There's a lot more happening out there in the universe; however, I'll hold here.
We are asked to take a deeper look in those areas where such is required and reflect on our work ethic and who—or what version of us—it will take to achieve our goals using, and by way of, a much more grounded and methodical approach.
You are invited to express yourself without being pessimistic. To work hard without overworking. To find discipline with flow. To listen more than you think you know. To know and to trust. To connect while finding balance in the detachment.
Head down into your work—Capricorn calls you to get the work done in the most efficient way possible. Use this time to reflect, but also to do the work more than you reflect—that will sprout the seeds planted in the next season when this retrograde passes.
Money matters are also on the forefront. Notice how when you remain grounded, your finances are on the up and up. Your money is a reflection of you... your energy.
I know... I digress.
I want you to relax either way it goes—and that happens when we center ourselves and when we focus on what's going right. This takes practice, more practice or less for some of us, more or less than others.
No matter what, we got this. Compound interest. If we want to see a better world, a better life, it starts first with us. It starts first within.
